An arcade stick (hori fighting stick 3) that I modded to a 4 button 'tekken' stick with full original japanese arcade parts last year. It's pretty sturdy, but i'm having to resolder in a few more buttons for street fighter 4....
For use as a Midi Controller right? Definately need a midi controller that looks that classic (I'm using PS2 USB Controllers with a software that does HID->Midi)

Nice. Didn't want to custom it further? I've seen some crazy SF4 plates people have used for casing and stuff instead.
